供应链助理 职位描述:

Responsibility: 

- Managing all aspects of parts orders from front lines in China & Asia. 
- Prepare and manage all required operational (internal and external) reports 
- Clarifying unclear quotations, orders and/or identifying the frontlines’real need 
- Coordinate day-to-day activities between front lines, outsourced logistics centres & the GSS team in Headquarters 
- Ensure the smooth flow of daily order deliveries dispatching
- Coordinate inbound shipment clearance with Customs 


Job Requirements:

- Enthusiasm and high energy are a must 
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment 
- Positive attitude is essential and excellent follow up and follow through skills 
- Self-motivated work ethic 
- Strong time management skills 
- The ability to work closely with colleagues of various cultures of different levels 
- Knowledge in operating computer inventory and order processing system and MS Office software 
- SAP knowledge is an added advantage 
- International experience preferred.
