Order Processing SHW0107 职位描述：
Responsibilities
1,Work out offers on KG’s request for spare parts and MOD units;
2,Coordinate with TABA/SCK for MOD solution and offer;
3,Process orders in SAP;
4,Provide the OC and offer in due time;
5,Process change requirements by customer in cooperation with SHW and update order confirmations accordingly ;
6,Coordinate with planning and warehouse to make sure the materials be finished as confirmed EXW date;
7,Coordinate and manage customer visits and factory inspections in cooperation with SHW ;
8,Provide defined reports (OI, forecasts,..);
9,Elaborate market needs with KG’s and coordinate with product management;
10,Other job be requested by supervisor/manager.
Qualifications
1,Engineer or related field (mechanical or electrical) with fundamental commercial know how;
2,Preferred 1-2 years in elevator/escalator industry;
3,Preferred 1-2 years spare parts experience;
4,Sales in industrial environment, handling multicultural environment, communication skill;
5,Mandarin, English (advanced);
6,MS Office, SAP experience.
