职位描述：
Responsibilities职位职责:
1,To assist the Legal Officer in reviewing all kinds of contracts according to the company’s rules;
协助法务主管按照公司规定审核各类合同；
2,To assist the lawyers in dealing with the litigation and non-litigation activities;
协助律师处理诉讼和非诉讼纠纷；
3,To draft various agreements according to the instructions of the Legal Officer;
根据法务主管的指示，起草各种协议；
4,To complete other jobs assigned by Legal Officer or by other top management.
完成法务主管或其他领导交办的其他事务。
Qualifications任职要求:
1,Bachelor degree or above in Law preferred;
法律本科以上学历优先；
2,Proficient in both written and spoken English;
英语流利；
3,Good computer skill, to master the operation of MS-office is a must;
熟练操作电脑，必须掌握办公自动化软件；
4,Excellent communication skills with Team work spirit;
优秀的沟通和表达能力和团队合作；
5,Legal related experience is preferred.
具有跨国企业或律师事务所相关工作经验者为佳。
工作地点：上海市闸北区汶水路40号，近地铁1号线。
